Crew Lead: Keegan,
I've been building decks for 10 years and enjoy what I do. I started in construction 17 years ago then switched over to decks because I enjoyed building them. My favorite part is the getting frame up so the homeowners can see the vision they had come to life. When people see their new deck the smile they have on their face motivates me to do an even better job for the next client. When people ask me why I do what I do I tell them my biggest motivation is my kids. I want them to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that their dad was and is a hard worker and built many beautiful projects. I strive to show them that hard work pays off and that doing things to the best of their ability is worthwhile.
Crew Lead: Bodie,
I have been building decks since 2013. I was able to do it with my father and spend time with him which is why I enjoyed it. I fell in love with the work. I enjoy the simplistic ease of building quality structures that will last our clients decades. I am blessed to have the ability to serve God and man with my hands. I look forward to giving 110% on any project that I get the opportunity to work on. My wife is one of my main motivations when it comes to work. She supports me in so many ways and I am blessed to have her by my side.

Ops Director: Caiden
After spending 10 years working in the restaurant industry I felt it was time to try something new. Being Isaac’s brother-in-law he offered me to come work with him as the director of operations which has been great. I love working with people and making sure that everything runs smoothly for our customers. I love my God and family and those things motivate me to do the best I can in everything. I can say that we care so much about doing our best and will make sure to take care of everyone we come in contact with.
